We have had RGB for a couple of jobs. There was an awful leak through our front window. We couldn’t get someone to take on the task. RGB came out, gave us a fair price and fixed the leak! Recently, we called about replacing our roof. Again, at a reasonable price, we have a beautiful new roof in one day. Cleanup was good as well. I had to call them for a couple of small jobs and the owner literally returns his calls very quickly and always makes sure he’s here the next day. Their customer service is great, bar none!!

RGB recently removed and installed a roof on my house. Removal team was fast, clean and efficient- they were done by noon the first day. Installation team installed new plywood and seal and were finished before dark. The next morning, early, they came back to shingle and install fans/vents. They finished in the afternoon shortly after lunch. All and all it was a very smooth experience and I would definitely recommend RGB to friends and family (they were recommended to me after doing a roof for my parents).
It was a very pleasant experience dealing with RGB Construction for the removal of my old gutters and replacement with new seamless gutters with leaf guards. From the arrival of Doug on August 15th to view the job for the estimate, phone call back with email follow-up with the quote and full description of work to be performed, e-document signing of the contract, and starting and completing the job in one day on August 17th. They were very courteous, performed their jobs in a professional manner, removed all old gutters loaded with leaves, and left the area spotless. The workers were true to their word upon arrival that the job would be completed within a few hours. I really can't say enough good things about our experience with RGB. We needed a new roof on our house and after several interviews with other companies and contractors, Doug from RGB stopped by to talk with us. From that first meeting, til well after the project was complete, we received exceptional professionalism, quality, and service from RGB and it's team.As to the project itself, the quote they provided was more than fair (and came in competitively with the other offers we reviewed while providing a higher quality product from a team with a much higher level of experience and certification). The day the crew showed up to do the install (on time I might add), it was pushing 100F. Despite the heat, they put in a solid 12 hours to make sure they could wrap everything up in a single day. They also did a great job cleaning everything up and making sure there were no scraps or nails left lying around. Needless to say, we are beyond happy with the end result. If there is such a thing as artistry in roofing, RGB has it.After the project was complete, there was one minor issue I had noticed (a shingle that got cut just a bit short near a corner). It took only one phone call to RGB, and they had someone out the next day to fix the issue and check over everything else again to ensure there were no other problems. And when I called them up a few months later to ask if they might have some additional shingles lying around that I could have to help finish out a small project for my wife (one of those Little Free Libraries), Doug was kind enough to not only provide the shingles, but to drop them off personally.As I said in the beginning, I can't say enough how pleased we are with RGB.
