Wonderful experience. Roof was done in a day and it’s like they were almost never here no mess, not even a spot of anything anywhere. Tom came out for an estimate, and in not even a week we had a brand new roof. Tom explained everything thoroughly, the knowledge he has is astonishing. I went from stressing every time it rained because of my leaky roof to not having a worry in the world now when it rains. RGB stands by their work and the reviews speak for themselves. Also they wouldn’t take payment until the work was completely finished. Tom even called to ask how things went and if I was satisfied with everything. We have had RGB for a couple of jobs. There was an awful leak through our front window. We couldn’t get someone to take on the task. RGB came out, gave us a fair price and fixed the leak! Recently, we called about replacing our roof. Again, at a reasonable price, we have a beautiful new roof in one day. Cleanup was good as well. I had to call them for a couple of small jobs and the owner literally returns his calls very quickly and always makes sure he’s here the next day. Their customer service is great, bar none!!
Very pleased with RGB. Doug was on top of everything from the very beginning of our window replacement process. He promptly took care of a couple minor issues. He made sure we were completely satisfied before accepting final payment. Highly recommend!!!
RGB recently removed and installed a roof on my house. Removal team was fast, clean and efficient- they were done by noon the first day. Installation team installed new plywood and seal and were finished before dark. The next morning, early, they came back to shingle and install fans/vents. They finished in the afternoon shortly after lunch. All and all it was a very smooth experience and I would definitely recommend RGB to friends and family (they were recommended to me after doing a roof for my parents).
It was a very pleasant experience dealing with RGB Construction for the removal of my old gutters and replacement with new seamless gutters with leaf guards. From the arrival of Doug on August 15th to view the job for the estimate, phone call back with email follow-up with the quote and full description of work to be performed, e-document signing of the contract, and starting and completing the job in one day on August 17th. They were very courteous, performed their jobs in a professional manner, removed all old gutters loaded with leaves, and left the area spotless. The workers were true to their word upon arrival that the job would be completed within a few hours. I highly recommend the services of RGB Construction and I am very thankful that I picked the best team (Doug and his crew) to perform the services I needed on my older Haddonfield home.Marvin Ridley August 20, 2023
